Gathering Place Named the Best New Attraction by USA Today and Urban Land Institute Global Awards Finalist

Gathering Place named the Best New Attraction in the nation by USA Today 10Best Reader’s Choice 2019. Gathering Place named finalist in Urban Land Institute’s 2019 Global Awards for Excellence competition. Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects designed the ONEOK Boathouse, Williams Lodge and restroom cabana. Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates is the landscape architect of the park.

United States Courthouse, Austin, Texas Awarded a 2019 Civic Trust Award

The 2019 Civic Trust Awards were presented Friday, 01 March 2019 at the Imperial War Museum North in Manchester, England. Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects received an award for the United States Courthouse, Austin, Texas. The project was one of two winners in the United States. Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects Awarded Three 2018 AIA Georgia Design Awards

The 2018 AIA Georgia Design & Honor Awards were presented Saturday, 14 April at Ponce City Market Rooftop in Atlanta, Georgia. Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects received an Excellence Award for the United States Courthouse, Austin, Texas and Merit Awards for recent Atlanta projects Three Alliance Center and One Museum Place. Pritzker Commons and Cabot Library at Harvard University LEED v4 Certified

The Pritzker Commons and Godfrey Lowell Cabot Science Library Transformation project at the Harvard University Science Center, completed by Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects, has been LEED v4 certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. The project is the second ever LEED v4 project in Massachusetts.

Tishman Speyer’s Jackson Park in New York Begins Move-Ins

Tishman Speyer announces further details of the Jackson Park project in Long Island City, New York with three high rise apartment buildings and amenity building, designed by Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects and Hill West Architects. The towers are 42, 44, and 53 stories tall and has 1,871 rental units total.
