Designed by Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects, construction of Three Alliance Center will begin in August 2014. The expected completion date of the $175 million project for Tishman Speyer is September 2016. The 30-story, 500,000 square foot office tower will stand alongside One and Two Alliance Center in the Buckhead submarket of Atlanta, Georgia. The project is designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification and the contractor is Turner Construction.
